Patch 8.9 hit the live servers a few days ago and one of the notable late additions to the patch was a buff to
Dr. Mundo's [R] health regeneration. Health regeneration on Dr. Mundo is especially valuable as each point of health you can recover in a fight is extra valuable when stacking high resistances (Armor or Magic Resist).
At level 6 the buff is fairly small but once you start hitting level 11 (and especially 16) you start massively increasing your effective health while fighting.
