Patch 8.3 looks to balance the primary offenders of the Inspiration tree with a small hit to Spellbook’s base Summoner CDR and shifting around Magical Footwear. Get the details after the jump.
Unsealed Spellbook
– Summoner CDR lowered: 25% ⇒ 15%
Magical Footwear
– Money saver removed: No longer grants a 50 gold reduction in cost to upgraded boots
Δ Now a tier 1 rune (same slot as Perfect Timing)
Perfect Timing
– Gold contribution towards upgrade reduced: 300 gold ⇒ 250 gold
– Sell value reduced: 120 gold ⇒ 20 gold
Biscuit Delivery
Δ Now a tier 2 rune (same slot as Future’s Market)
