Celerity synergizes well with the Movement Speed granted from [W], Zeal items, and helps you to dodge attacks/catch axes.
Draven's biggest weakness is his relative lack of scaling compared to other hyper-carries, but Gathering Storm helps to patch that up as a late-game insurance policy.
Overheal pairs well with Doran's Blade as well as Bloodline and Lifesteal items as a means to protect you from poke and start fights with a health lead.
The bonus Lifesteal from Bloodline synergizes incredibly well with Draven's high base auto-attack damage from [Q] granting you fantastic lane sustain and dueling potential.
