Kat's **[E]** is a reliable blink that, when paired with Sudden Impact, grants the Magic Penetration needed to assassinate your target.

Gain 6 Trinket Haste for each collected. In game modes where vision Trinkets do not exist, instead gain 3 Summoner Spell Haste.Why?
This loadout is all about kills and snowballing and Grisly Mementos is the rune here that does just that.
