Ranged Champions: Damage, healing, and permanent health gained are 60% effective. Why?
Grasp on Fiora allows you to take incredibly healthy trades in the early game thanks to the self-healing, and propels you into a late-game monster with the bonus health stacking.
Demolish
Charge up a powerful attack against a tower over 3s, while within 600 range of it. The charged attack deals 100 (+35% of your max health) bonus physical damage.
Cooldown: 45sWhy?
Demolish on Fiora further propels your ability to split-push and quickly cut down towers in the late game before the enemy team can react.
Second Wind
After taking damage from an enemy champion, heal for 4% of your missing health +3 over 10s.
Why?
Second Wind's mid-fight health sustain paired with Grasp makes you an incredible duelist with massive healing potential.
Revitalize
Gain 5% Heal and Shield Power.
Heals and shields you cast or receive are 10% stronger on targets below 40% health.Why?
Revitalize further empowers your self-healing from Ravenous Hydra, Grasp, and [R] making you almost impossible to 1v1.
Nimbus Cloak
After casting a Summoner Spell, gain a
Move Speed increase that lasts for 2s and allows you to pass through units.
Increase:14% - 40% Move Speed based on the Summoner Spell's cooldown. (Higher cooldown Summoner Spells grant moreMove Speed ).Why?
Nimbus Cloak's burst of Movement Speed when casting [R] helps your ability to chase down the target to kite around them to hit every vital quickly.
Gathering Storm
Every 10 min gain AP or AD,

Grand Challenge and Carry

Basic attacks or spells that deal damage to an enemy champion grant 2 stacks of Conqueror for 5s, gaining 1.8-4
Adaptive Force per stack. Stacks up to 12 times. Ranged champions gain only 1 stack per basic attack.
When fully stacked, heal for 8% of the damage you deal to champions (5% for ranged champions).Why?
The bonus Attack Damage from Conqueror allows you to 1v1 any champion in an extended fight where you're able to repeatedly proc vitals for even more True Damage.
Triumph
Takedowns restore 5% of your missing health, 2.5% of your max health, and grant an additional 20 gold.

Legend: Bloodline
Gain
0.35% Life Steal for every Legend stack (max 15 stacks ). At maximum Legend stacks, gain85 max health .
Earn progress toward Legend stacks for every champion takedown, epic monster takedown, large monster kill, and minion kill.Why?
The additional life steal from Bloodline pairs extremely well with Fiora's passive and tendency to build lifesteal making your late-game splitting unstoppable.
Last Stand
Deal 5% - 11% increased damage to champions while you are below 60% health. Max damage gained at 30% health.
Why?
Last Stand is a fantastic rune choice when it comes to 1v1 dueling and split-pushing, Fiora's forte.
